Dave Price
Dave is a real estate sales consultant for Southernwide City/Lifestyle Real Estate and has a passion for sport and recreation. He is the vice-president, junior convenor and a premier player for the Waihopai Association Football Club, and brings years of experience to the sport after playing, coaching and managing teams in the UK.
Dave has embraced the opportunity to encourage Waihopai AFC members – particularly younger members – to develop a passion for sport and enjoy the benefits that sport and an active life can bring.
Dave is married to Wendy, a Southlander, and they moved from their home near London to Invercargill in 2005 with their two boys, James and Luke.
Amongst his many skills, Dave brings a wide range of management experience to the board. He is delighted that his first governance role is one within the sport and recreation sector.
With two young children who are both keen sports enthusiasts, Dave is both a keen competitor and supporter of sport at all levels.
