Introduction to Aqua Jogging
Join us for weekly aqua jogging sessions for beginners!
We offer weekly sessions that teach you how to aqua jog for enjoyment, fitness and health - and it's strictly for beginners.

The details:
Low cost - $2 per session
Senior Adults (aged 60+) - Mondays 9am-9.40am
Adults - Tuesdays 9am-9.40am
Venue - Splash Palace
Please note that there will be a break in sessions over Christmas and New Year. The last senior adults sessions for 2011 will be on December 19, restarting on January 16. The last adult sessions for 2011 will be on December 20, restarting January 17.
Aqua jogging has many benefits including:
