
Fit 4 Life - An Introduction to Fitness and Food
Fit 4 Life is a 10 week programme that offers new ways to get fit, as well as advice and resources on healthy eating and nutrition.
If you're looking for a healthy start to 2012 - this programme is for you!
Fit 4 Life offers a relaxed and supportive environment for you to make that start, as well as the chance to try out new activities and sports.
The 10 week programme comprises weekly exercise sessions as well as information sessions including:
- motivation and goal setting
- diet and serving sizes
- aerobics (low impact)
- food labels
- adapting recipes
- zumba
- gym
- table tennis
The sessions are relaxed and co-ordinated by trained members of staff. They are designed to help you improve your health through regular activity and healthy eating, and to give you the knowledge and the skills to enable you to be Fit for Life.
