ENTRY FEE
The entry fees for this year's BNZ Aerobics and Hip Hop Festival are outlined below:
- $15.00 per person for the first routine e.g. individual
- $20.00 per person for two routines e.g. individual and team
- A $5.00 late entry fee per person applies after 4pm on Monday 20th May
REFUND POLICY
Withdrawals before Monday 20th May 2013, 4pm will receive a 75% refund.
Withdrawals from Monday 20th May 2013, 4pm will receive no refund.
No refunds will be granted should the event be cancelled.
ENTRIES
Early entries close on Monday 20th May 2013 at 4.00pm.
A late entry fee of $5.00 per person applies after Monday 20th May 2013, 4.00pm.
Entries close and NO entries will be accepted after 4pm on Friday 24th May 2013.
REGISTRATION
ALL registrations will take place on Friday 14th June 2pm – 5pm at Sport Southland. Everyone needs to register on Friday – there will be NO registrations on the day.
Only one person per team needs to register the team, hand in the music and the profile form (you will receive the profile form once your entry has been received).
RULES
Each school entering will receive a complete set of rules for teams to refer to.

Each competitor may enter no more than two times and once in each division.
You may enter different divisions but you cannot compete in different year groups or grades.
INCLUSIVE TO ALL PARTICIPANTS
Assistance is available for children with disabilities and their teacher/coaches wishing to compete in this event.
AEROBICS CATEGORIES
Teams and individuals will receive feedback on their performance but no rankings will be given
Aerobics Individual Sections
- Primary - Year 4, 5 & 6
- Intermediate - Year 7 & 8
Aerobics Team Sections
- Primary - Up to Year 4 (3-6 members)
- Primary - Year 5 & 6 (3-6 members)
- Intermediate - Year 7 & 8 (2-4 members)
- Primary/Intermediate Group - Year 4-8 (5-12 members)
HIP HOP CATEGORIES
Teams will receive feedback on their performance but no rankings will be given
Hip Hop Same Primary School Team Sections
· Primary – Up to Year 4 (4-8 members)
· Primary/Intermediate – Year 4-8 (4-8 members)
Hip Hop Same Dance School Team Sections
