Well i did what i could to help jack today on the front but wasnt feeling great at all and when subway launched at the fifty km point i had nothing, leaving karl and romain to drive the front - karl is a machine - he did a great job before the chaos began and Jack showed why he is in yellow when he smacked the climb to bring Lathams gap down and get 4th on the stage . Wednesday 4th November
We got the maillot Jaune, Jack Bauer drove the winning break to take over the lead by 40s over blackgrove Go Share the Road

Tuesday 3rd November
spent some of today on the front tapping it out with stretch then playing waterboy. came home in the bunch. two days down four to go
