FUN HEALTHY FAMILIES

'Healthy Me & You' was a free programme for parents/caregivers and children 3yrs or 4yrs old.   

• Make healthy food fun
• Get active as a family
• Make mealtimes enjoyable
• Fun physical activity
• Food budget skills
• Free giveaways
 

The course ran once per week for six weeks, from 10am - 12pm.

Features of 'Healthy Me & You':

• Free & fun
• Transport is provided if needed
• Younger brothers and sisters can attend too - so there is no need to organise a babysitter
• A safe and fun environment for children (childcare assistance)
• Grocery or fuel vouchers are available if families complete a short interview, Fruit & Vege diary, and wear a pedometer (adult and child) for one week.
