Too hard to take that first step?

  If you're not very active and would like some help with getting active, try a FREE Green Prescription from Sport Southland.

Green Prescription will help you make a physical activity plan that's right for you. We'll cover goal setting and healthy eating too.

If you've been walking a little already, and would like to build up your fitness and walk for longer, keep up the great work!  To improve your fitness you need to walk often and gradually build up so you're walking either faster or further, or both.
